The Key to Having It All Lies in Acknowledging Infinity
Insights from the Activating Abundance Book
Two realities exist within our souls: the horizontal and the vertical.
The horizontal reality is the physical world, where the formation of your ego exists, separate from everyone and everything. There is no connectedness in that reality.
The vertical reality is concerned with none of those things. It is a spiritual awareness of infinity and connectedness. You can tap into your vertical reality by saying, “I am that infinite being, full of life, love, and all the abundant qualities of the soul.”
Let’s explore the vertical reality more and see how it connects to the horizontal reality.
The Bridge Between Realities
There is no time, space, body, or emotion related to infinity. You can’t get lost in your thoughts because there are no titles or resources to possess.
The horizontal reality is where all those physical things exist alongside your ego.
However, a bridge exists between the two realities. Although your infinite soul is not related to your horizontal reality, once you activate a spiritual connection, you can call anything from the horizontal reality into your spiritual existence.
Some people are so deeply rooted in their spiritual connection that they become disconnected from everything in the horizontal reality. They have no money or resources, and can sleep virtually anywhere and do anything at any time.
That may work very well for them, but something would be missing for a lot of us in such an existence. We’re going to walk through a couple exercise to help you become aware of your infinite spirituality and achieve abundance in the vertical and horizontal realities.
Yes, you can have it all. But first, you need to acknowledge that anything that comes from the horizontal reality has the potential for being a limiter.
A conscious effort is required to not get caught up in the drama of emotions, physical limitations, or anything else that isn’t infinite. Repeat this belief to yourself:
I am infinite. That is who I am.
Keep this belief in mind as we walk through this next exercise.
Expand Your Awareness
Sit or lie in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Maintain awareness of your physical body. Expand your awareness outward to your immediate surroundings.
Expand your awareness even further, feeling the entire area around you—the house, land, and even a little farther. Expand your awareness to the road and beyond. Feel the energy of the neighborhood. Next, expand your awareness to the city or state.
Let’s go further. Expand your awareness to experience the energy of the nation. Next, expand your awareness even farther, into the entire continent.
Expand your awareness to the entire planet. Feel the energy radiating around Earth from all the people, places, and things it includes. Expand your awareness beyond the planet, to the entire galaxy. Feel the other planets, the moons, and the stars.
Expand your awareness to the entire universe. Feel the awareness of outer space.
Expand your awareness to the multiverse, encompassing existence in many different universes. Feel the abundant energy coming from such a massive area.
Expand your awareness to different dimensions and realities. Notice how powerful it feels to be aware of such powerful yet abstract concepts. Expand your awareness outward until there is nothing more than pure God in the highest vibration.
Expand your awareness even further and experience the depth of infinite awareness. Slowly focus back into your awareness of this reality, but remain grateful for your ability to experience infinite awareness. Open your eyes.
Use This Exercise When You Feel Overwhelmed
Anytime you get lost in troubling thoughts or anxiety, use this exercise to reset. This will take you away from the horizontal reality and back to your infinite nature.
Remember that acknowledging infinity is the key to having it all!
